Ray billings
Ray is the team captain of Hardcore Robotics, and the driver of Tombstone and our newest bot Stink Eye. Ray is also the lead designer and fabricator, and the lucky guy who gets to fund it all! Ray's background includes years of fabrication in the water well drilling industry, law enforcement for the California Department of Corrections, and technical precision with Intel Corporation. These varied experiences have helped hone the skills needed for robotic combat!
Justin billings
Justin is the driver of Mortician, and occasionally Tombstone, and started out in the sport at the age of 13. A founding member of Hardcore Robotics, Justin's role on the team includes fabrication, assembly, and maintenance.
Teri billings
Teri has been helping out with Hardcore for many years, and is a very hardworking addition to the team. Teri's responsibilities are disassembly, maintenance, and battery management.
Kevin Benisi
Kevin joined Hardcore Robotics in 2020, and has been an incredible addition to the team. Naturally mechanically inclined, and very hardworking, Kevin is most definitely Hardcore!
Brittney billings
Brittney dives in as needed, works diligently, and has a keen eye for disassembly and damage assessment. Brittney is also learning some CNC machining.
Susie billings
As the newest addition to the team, Susie helps out with video editing, social media engagement, and marketing strategies. If you have noticed the extra effort going into our social media presence, and our YouTube Channel (yes go check it out now!) you can thank Susie for this.
